Consultation hours are on weekdays between the hours of 7AM – 9.30PM. The Consultation Fee is a one-time commitment for a NON-REFUNDABLE flat fee for each consultation session payable by Electronic Transfer into the account of THE PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT | Guarantee Trust Bank | Account No. 0030045036
CONSULTATION POLICY
ARRANGMENT FOR THE BOOKING OF A CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT
Consultation Fees for the various consultation services offered by USEFULHERBS NATUROPATHIC PRACTICE are as follows:
I. Face-to-face consultations: NA except client insists: N400,000
II. Fibroid lifestyle coaching: N 40,000 (phone)
III. IVF preparation coaching/ egg quality improvement: N65,000 (phone)
IV. Business consultation preliminary fees: N200,000
V. Personal health consultations by phone: N25,000
VI. Consultancy on herbs: from N 450,000
Please note that these fees do not cover products such as our herbal remedial prescriptions which attract their own charges and markups.
Please note: all clients having IVF coaching must record the consultation. They must not take notes as this will distract them and make them miss vital points. After the consultation, we will not repeat or go over anything discussed. Any client who did not understand anything discussed during the consultation and didn’t ask all necessary questions during that consultation would have to book a fresh consultation and pay a fresh consultation fee to review the IVF coaching
Payment of the consultation fee is mandatory before an appointment for a consultation session can be scheduled.
Consultations shall be over the phone except if a client insists on and pays for a Face-to-Face consultation.
An appointment for a Face-to-Face consultation is only to be made at the mutual convenience and acceptance of both the Client and the Principal Consultant and must be fixed at least fourteen (14) clear days before the date on which the consultation will be held. In the case of Telephone consultations, an appointment shall be made at least Two (2) clear days beforehand.
Clients who wish to reschedule an already fixed Face-to-face consultation may do so by informing the Principal Consultant of such rescheduling Forty-Eight (48) hours before the appointed date; and for phone consultations, a rescheduling request can be made 30 minutes before the phone consultation is to take place provided that where a request for rescheduling of a consultation session is made at the request of the Principal Consultant and the Client declines to accept the Principal Consultant’s proposed reschedulment, the consultation fee shall be refunded to the Client if the Client calls or contacts the Principal Consultant to communicate their unwillingness to commit to a new consultation appointment.
During consultations, the Client is expected to honestly inform the Principal Consultant of the necessary personal data and health history which will guide the Principal Consultant in recommending a solution. The confidentiality of such personal data will remain classified, subject only to the operation of the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Principal Consultant may recommend that a Client undergoes certain medical tests before a consultation has been fixed and upon receiving the results of such tests, the Principal Consultant if he/she feels that it is in the best interests of the Client’s health, may recommend the Client to another health care practitioner. Where this occurs, such a consultation session is not deemed invalidated, and it remains a service properly rendered under the terms of this consultation policy.
