For a refund any item purchased must be returned INTACT AND UNOPENED within 7 days for items that are not perishable. For general products, a refund may be issued immediately if it is returned intact and unopened.
But for customized products made specifically for the client, the product(s) if we certify is in good condition, would have to be put up for auction. The client is refunded the amount the highest bidder at the auction is willing to pay for the product. In this case buyer and seller are linked together so they can complete the transaction between themselves. Please note that the amount paid may be less than what the client bought it if the person willing to buy it offers to buy it for less of what it is worth.
No refunds can be offered for perishable products. We reserve the right after a careful assessment of the non-perishable product(s) to refuse a refund.
