Traditional Eda Herbs

Eda is a Yoruba term for sperm leakage. That is a situation where sperm leaks out of a woman immediately after sexual intercourse. This makes it difficult for her to conceive since all the sperm flow out of her.

This concept of ‘EDA’ is a traditional Yoruba concept. It has little basis in orthodox medicine.

However, in traditional Yorubic medicine, it is considered a serious fertility issue. For which there are traditional herbal recipes. In our naturopathic practice, we have found out that most cases of EDA are caused by infections. The sperm leakage seems to be a symptom of vaginal infections.
