Alstonia Boonei Powdered Stem Bark – 50g

Alstonia boonei is an African plant used primarily as a pain reliever or anti-inflammatory agent. We refer to it as nature’s Panadol for this reason.
It is also a mild sedative. It can help calm and induce sleep. It has antipsychotic properties as well.

Caution: it is an abortifacient, do not use it if pregnant.
Do not exceed recommended doses as very large doses may cause liver and kidney issues.
